I had to text my good friend Al the Furnace Guy the other day. The valve connecting the water supply to the humidifier once again began leaking in earnest, possibly due to a change in humidity.
Al texted back he was busy and advised me to turn the needle valve clockwise until it stopped. I did as he instructed, which slowed the flow momentarily. But then the water began leaking from the nut above the needle valve.
So the bucket was back in place for a few more days until Al could make it out and finally replace the faulty connector.
I truly hope this finally solves my water problems. It’s all starting to get a little tedious…
