Enough Already!

With the sudden change in weather, it was a week before Al was able to come by to replace my dehumidifier and furnace sump pump.

It didn’t take him long to replace both parts.  However, when he opened the water flow to the humidifier, the connector began to leak.  Of course, Al didn’t have a replacement in his toolbox, and a full search of his truck came up empty.

Not to worry, he assured me.  These things usually stop leaking after a couple of days.  Just put a bucket underneath, and call me if the leak doesn’t stop on its own accord.

So now my bucket is sitting underneath the connector unit…

Is my furnace saga ever going to end…?
